Rainbow Pizza

This is how the Pizza succeed:
Ingredients (for 2 pizzas)
for the pizza dough
- 250 ml lukewarm water
- 1 cube yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 pinch of sugar
- 2 tbsp oil
- 500 g flour
for the pizza topping
- 1 carrot
- 1 handfull cocktail tomatoes
- 1 handful of maize
- finely chopped yellow pepper
- 1 handful broccoli
- some rocket
- some purple onion
- Pizza sauce
- Pizza chesse, parmesan
- some basil
- Pizza seasoning, herbs
Preparation
- Pour 250 ml lukewarm water into a bowl. Crumble in the yeast and add a pinch of sugar and 1 teaspoon of salt. Cover and leave to rise for 10-15 minutes.
- Place the flour in a mixing bowl. Add the yeast-water mixture and 2 tbsp oil to the flour and mix for 5 minutes until a smooth dough forms. Cover and leave to rise for about 40 minutes.
- In the meantime, slice the tomatoes and carrots, dice the pepper and onion and finely chop the rocket. Cut the broccoli into small florets.
- Preheat the oven to 240° C hot air.
- Divide the dough into 2 parts and roll out round.
- Spread the pizzas with pizza sauce and sprinkle with pizza cheese.
- Lay out the vegetables in rainbow colours: tomatoes, carrots, sweetcorn, peppers, broccoli and onion from the outside in.
- Fold in the edge of the pizza a little and bake for approx. 15 minutes at 240° C.
- Then place the rocket on top of the baked pizza and the broccoli.
