ART AND MUSIC IN PERFECT HARMONY
On the 200th birthday of Johann Strauss
The Johann Strauss Edition from Gmundner Keramik combines music, art and traditional craftsmanship in an extraordinary collection. Inspired by the immortal legacy of the waltz king Johann Strauss (son) and designed in collaboration with chamber singer and painter Herbert Lippert, this exclusive service brings the elegance of high culture directly to your table.
Each piece in this edition has been crafted with the greatest attention to detail: The fine, white ceramic bears the original signature of Johann Strauss, while his portrait, drawn by Herbert Lippert, adorns the plates and cups in elegant black. A hand-painted red rim and handle lend the design a classic touch and are reminiscent of the splendour of Romanticism.

For generations, Gmundner Keramik has stood for masterful craftsmanship and the promotion of artistic expression. This unique edition not only honours the musical genius of Johann Strauss, but also celebrates the combination of art and craftsmanship. In collaboration with Herbert Lippert, whose post-figurative impressions create a perfect balance between figuration and abstraction, a true Gesamtkunstwerk has been created in which sound and form merge harmoniously.
Whether as a stylish gift or as an elegant addition to your own table - the Johann Strauss Edition appeals to music lovers, art enthusiasts and connoisseurs alike. Experience a piece of Austrian culture that unites tradition and timeless aesthetics in a unique way.
