Only use completely dried dishes in your microwave after washing. Otherwise, residual moisture may cause excessive heating.

The Cup shape is the original, straight-lined form, following traditional design. The plates have no rim. The Cup shape is timeless, functional, and especially versatile for combinations. No, the factory tour is suitable for all ages. Children up to 14 years old can also attend the factory tour for free.

No, registration is not required for private visitors. The studio is open daily from 10 AM to 4 PM in June, July, and August, and on Sundays from 10 AM to 3 PM, offering the opportunity to paint ceramics while supplies last. Please also note the special opening hours. Individual appointments can be arranged for groups.

No, the factory tour is guaranteed daily starting from one person.

The entrance fee for the factory tour is refunded with a purchase of €50 or more at the factory shop in Gmunden. This voucher has no time limit and can also be redeemed at a later date.

The factory is only partially accessible. For our factory tour, we ask that participants with mobility difficulties notify us in advance. Both shops are step-free and accessible.
