Shipping and payment

Shipping shall be carried out by the parcel service / shipping company selected by Gmundner Keramik. Compensation for damages in the event of late delivery shall be excluded in all cases, except in cases of intent or gross negligence on the part of Gmundner Keramik.

Within Austria: EUR 6.90 up to an order value of EUR 150.00; if the order value exceeds EUR 150.00, delivery is free of charge
To Germany: EUR 6.90 up to an order value of EUR 150.00; delivery is free of charge for orders over EUR 150.00
Rest of EU (except Germany): EUR 16.90 up to an order value of EUR 150.00; delivery is free of charge for orders over EUR 150.00

The flat-rate shipping costs shall also be borne by the customer in the event of partial or complete return of the goods by the customer to Gmundner Keramik due to cancellation (see point 6.).
2 Price, payment and default of payment
All prices quoted are gross prices, i.e. including the respective statutory VAT. The payment methods offered for purchases are cash in advance, instant bank transfer, Paypal, Apple Pay and credit card. Depending on the destination country, the range of payment methods may be limited or extended.
