GMUNDNER CERAMICS IS THE MOST POPULAR TABLEWARE BRAND IN AUSTRIA
The MARKET Institute study confirmed that Gmundner Keramik is the most popular and best-known tableware brand in Austria. Gmundner Keramik is the clear overall winner among tableware brands.

Gmundner Keramik took first place in the ranking when asked about their favourite brand in the tableware sector. At the top of the list is the brand from the Salzkammergut region as the best-known and also most likeable brand. Gmundner Manufaktur also came top in terms of brand loyalty.
"We are delighted that our efforts in the area of sustainability and regionality have been recognised and honoured. We attach great importance to sustainable and socially fair production and it makes us proud that we have been manufacturing every single item by hand exclusively in Gmunden since 1492. We are particularly pleased that, despite international competition, we still score points with Austrians for our likeability and love of craftsmanship," says Managing Director Andreas Glatz.
GMUNDNER KERAMIK is the most sustainable brand in the entire industry!
Gmundner Keramik enjoys a very high level of trust among the population (36% - 1st place). This is accompanied by the fact that the brand is the industry benchmark in the area of sustainability with 37%. Austrian crockery is rated above average in terms of quality.
GMUNDNER KERAMIK is also recognised as having a high level of social responsibility!
When it comes to corporate social responsibility, Gmundner Keramik is ahead, with a large gap to the runner-up. Gmundner Keramik is seen by Austrians as an important, responsible and trustworthy brand.
72% of respondents stated that Gmundner Keramik is a very important company for Austria as a business location. Gmundner Keramik achieved the highest level of importance for Austria, with over two thirds of the 635 experts rating Gmundner Keramik as very important for Austria. In response to the question: "In your opinion, which of the tableware brands act responsibly and make a contribution to the positive development of our society?", 36% of respondents said that Gmundner Keramik is considered to have the highest level of social responsibility. 56% of study participants have a high level of trust in the brand with the green stripes.
Target group of the survey, 1000 people from the Austrian population, aged 16 and over, representative according to gender, age, education and region.
