Sabrina from"Sabrinakocht" has conjured up a new spinach and sheep's cheese recipe for you!
And this is how to make the loaves:
Ingredients
200 g spinach leaves
1 block of sheep's cheese/feta
2 eggs
salt, herbs
breadcrumbs
2 carrots
2 handfuls of potatoes
parsley
1 cup yoghurt
lamb's lettuce
butter
possibly lemon juice
Vinegar & oil
Preparation
Cut the spinach leaves and feta cheese into small pieces and place in a bowl.
Add 2 eggs, salt and herbs.
Mix everything well and add the breadcrumbs to make a nice, creamy mixture.
Leave the mixture to stand for about 5 minutes.
Boil the potatoes in water until soft and peel.
Put the chopped potatoes in a pan with butter and fry lightly.
Toss the potatoes in the chopped parsley.
Grate the carrots and mix with yoghurt, salt, herbs and a little lemon juice for flavour.
Shape the mixture into small patties and fry in olive oil.
Marinate the lamb's lettuce with vinegar, oil, water, salt and herbs.
Serve the patties with the parsley potatoes, carrot tzatziki and salad.
