How to make the asparagus dream come true
Ingredients
linguine
1 bunch of white asparagus
150 g diced bacon
1 small jar of capers
1 jar of wild garlic or maggi herb pesto
salt, pepper
a little water
possibly parmesan, grated cheese
2-3 tbsp whipped cream
Preparation
Cook the linguine (or spaghetti) al dente.
Peel the asparagus and cut into small pieces.
Fry the asparagus in a pan and cover with water.
Let it cook a little until it is cooked through but still has a bite.
Then add the diced bacon to brown.
Turn it into a sauce and bind it with a little whipped cream.
Add a little more water if possible.
Finally, add the linguine and stir in a little peste and some capers.
Flavour and season the pasta.
If you like, you can sprinkle some parmesan or grated cheese on top.
