L'OSTERIA X GMUNDNER KERAMIK
Dolce Vita meets Austrian tradition
Together with Gmundner Keramik, L'Osteria launches its first tableware collection!
What goes better with good food than high-quality tableware? So it's only logical that the pizza and pasta experts at L'Osteria have teamed up with the specialists at Gmundner Keramik Manufaktur to launch a unique tableware collection. This is where Austrian tableware meets an extra dose of dolce vita. The traditional Austrian company, which was first mentioned in a document in 1492, has always stood for perfect craftsmanship and the highest quality - values that are also emphasised at L'Osteria. Every single pizza at the brand restaurant is lovingly rolled and topped by hand by the pizzaiolos and every pasta dish is freshly prepared in front of the guests. The different types of pasta come from the company's own pasta factory, "Pastificio No. 12", and are produced in Nuremberg according to a secret recipe that has been tried and tested over many years and then delivered shock-frozen to all L'Osteria restaurants throughout Europe.
Grande Gusto, Grande Amore
A declaration of love to Italian culinary culture
Whether with friends, family, on a date or on your own, an essential part of an enjoyable evening at home is not only delicious food but also a beautifully laid table with tasteful crockery. John Schlüter, Chief Marketing Officer of FR L'Osteria SE, agrees: "Special crockery allows even the simplest dish to be beautifully presented and tastes twice as good - because, as we all know, you eat with your eyes. Tableware and, above all, high-quality crockery have become even more important in recent years. The trend is towards elaborate designs. With our tablewear collection in cooperation with Gmundner, we are doing full justice to this trend."
About L'Osteria
The first L'Osteria opened in Nuremberg in 1999 and quickly became an insider tip. The success of the "nice Italian restaurant next door" encouraged the founders, Friedemann Findeis and Klaus Rader, to spread the concept further. It soon spread from Bavaria to the whole of Germany, until in 2011 they finally travelled abroad for the first time to Austria. Seven more European countries were added: Switzerland, England, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, France, Luxembourg and Poland. L'Osteria is currently represented at around 190 locations in nine countries. The company relies on co-operation between suppliers, partners and employees as well as employee development. Guests also benefit from the "La Famiglia" feeling: service and hospitality are very important at L'Osteria. The reliable quality of the product range centred around the "best best pizza & pasta d'amore" and an appealing ambience in the restaurant as well as the good price-performance ratio round off the concept.
