Sabrina from "Sabrinakocht" has conjured up a colourful rainbow pizza:
How to make the pizza:
Ingredients (for 2 pizzas)
For the pizza dough
250 ml lukewarm water
1 cube of yeast
1 tsp salt
1 pinch of sugar
2 tbsp oil
500 g flour
For the pizza topping
1 carrot
1 handful of cocktail tomatoes
1 handful of sweetcorn
Chopped yellow pepper
1 handful of broccoli
some rocket
some purple onion
Pizza sauce
pizza cheese, parmesan
some basil
pizza seasoning, herbs
Preparation
Pour 250 ml lukewarm water into a bowl. Crumble in the yeast and add a pinch of sugar and 1 teaspoon of salt. Cover and leave to rise for 10-15 minutes.
Place the flour in a mixing bowl. Add the yeast and water mixture and 2 tablespoons of oil to the flour and mix in a food processor for 5 minutes to form a smooth dough. Cover and leave to rise for about 40 minutes.
In the meantime, slice the tomatoes & carrots, dice the pepper & onion and finely chop the rocket. Pluck the broccoli into small florets.
Preheat the oven to 240° C hot air.
Divide the dough into 2 parts and roll out into rounds.
Brush the pizzas with pizza sauce and sprinkle with pizza cheese.
Arrange the vegetables in rainbow colours: tomatoes, carrots, sweetcorn, peppers, broccoli and onions from the outside to the inside.
Fold in the edges of the pizza slightly and bake at 240°C for approx. 15 minutes.
Then place the rocket on top of the baked pizza with the broccoli.
