The glass shapes are not chosen by chance, but rather take up an ancient theme in wine production: fermentation in so-called egg fermenters. The egg-shaped containers follow the golden ratio perfectly and offer the wine optimal fermentation and flow conditions, without any corners or edges. Based on this method of wine production, which is currently being taken up again by top winegrowers, the glasses of the Novo series also offer the suitable glass shape to be able to present wine in a complex and delicate way.
